Warner Bros Japan hasacquired Korean romantic drama My Girl And I from start-up Korean sales company iHQ.
The film, which is a remakeof Japanese hit Crying Out Love In The Centre Of The World, stars Cha Tae-hyun (My Sassy Girl) and Song Hye-gyo. It was also sold to Hong Kong'sCelestial Pictures, Singapore's Festival Films, Thailand's Box Office Entertainmentand Indonesia's PT.
Box Office also acquiredmelodrama Sad Movie, directed byKwon Jong-kwan. Vietnam Media also bought the film which was snapped up by Gagaat the recent Pusan market.
Greece's Odeon acquirediHQ's Daisy, an action adventurestarring Jeon Ji-hyun and directed by Andrew Lau. The film has already sold tomost Asian territories before AFM.
