Quentin Tarantino’s New Beverly Cinema will host the WIFTS Foundation International Visionary Awards on Dec 1 in Los Angeles.
Honourees include Ana Piterbarg for best film for Everybody Has A Plan, West Of Memphis director Amy Berg for best documentary, Ginger & Rosa screenwriter Sally Potter for best screenplay and Cate Shortland for best director for Lore.
Other recipients include, Jacqueline Bouchard for costume design for Therese Desqueyroux, Helene Louvart for cinematography, Gauri Shinde for the diversity award for English Vinglish and Sara Johnsen for the jury award for All That Matters Is Past.
The Visionary Awards are in their fifth year and are dedicated to bringing together women of all walks of life through art and film.
