Oprah Winfrey will collect the Montecito Award at the 29th Santa Barbara International Film Festival on February 5 2014.

Winfrey stars in Lee Daniel’s The Butler and is a contender in the supporting actress race.

Previous recipients of the award incluce Daniel Day-Lewis, Geoffrey Rush, Julianne Moore, Kate Winslet, Javier Bardem, Naomi Watts and Annette Bening, the very first recipient in 2005.
